Before joining the Le Grand team in September 1996, Daunine received her undergraduate degree at California State University at Long Beach in Mathematics with a minor in Statistics. Her background in Purchasing and Customer Service enabled her to start her career at Le Grand Marketing as administrative assistant. As Le Grand has grown in the number of principals represented as well as employees, her responsibilities have increased. This allowed her to assume on the position of Office Manager.

In August 2005, Daunine and her husband Eric purchased their first home where they spend their off-work hours with their sixteen-year-old son, Patrick.

Daunine is responsible for all administrative activities as well as provides critical sales support.

Debi Bernard
Administrative/Sales Assistant

Immediately prior to joining Le Grand Marketing in 2015, Debi Bernard had been working for a major retail drug store chain. In eight years she was able to move from a cashier’s position to eventually take on the roll of daytime supervisor.

Preceding that experience and over the years, Ms Bernard had been self employed in several family endeavors. Debi’s knowledge from combining the family business environment and working at retail level has helped her to parlay a variety of skills to be an asset and good fit here at Le Grand.

Ashley Howard

Ashley Howard has always been a person with multiple jobs and has moved around while learning many trades along the way. Her journey with the grocery and food industry began in 2011 when she was hired by a southern California food broker. Ashley was assigned the position of deli/bakery technician for the Food4Less chain.

Ashley learned to cake decorate as well as other aspects of the deli and bakery. Shortly afterward she was assigned as a trainer visiting stores throughout Southern California for both cake and bake production. Setting up deli cases and training on food safety was also part of the job. In addition Ashley organized and put on a number of food shows, worked on schematics, and supported grand openings and remodels.

In 2013, Ashley transitioned out of the field and into the office. In 2015 she was offered a position as vendor support at the Stater Brothers corporate office in the deli/bakery department. Ashley now assists two buyers, one director, and one vice president for the retailer.

Ashley is married with two children. In her spare time she is a natural childbirth educator and doula for The Bradley Method.

Lisa Golden

Lisa Golden joined Le Grand Marketing after wearing a number of hats. From the world of retail to a world famous comedy club, from tour guide at Universal Studios to training coordinator for The Aerospace Corporation, Lisa has been honing her customer service and administrative skills her entire working life.

A proud southern California native, Lisa grew up in Rancho Palos Verdes where she began to explore her love of the arts, which she studied at California State University Dominguez Hills in the Communications and Theater programs. She has extensive training in television production as well as theater and voice over acting. She has lent her voice to video games and several online training and corporate presentation videos.

Lisa currently resides in Fullerton and spends her free time with family and friends either sailing or at the beach. She is an avid fan of stand-up comedy and magic.

Jan Draper

HR Manager

Before joining Le Grand Marketing, Jan Draper worked in the financial and real estate industries, primarily in human relations management.

Jan believes in cultivating a positive work environment that is supportive of the employee. Previous work with a real estate sales force highlighted the challenges a mobile, sales-oriented business faces, primarily with training and employee development. Jan has worked hard to make both of these areas her strengths. Creating policy and procedures must speak to every employee and mirror corporate culture. That is among Jan's goals as well as working with management to provide guidance in the ever changing HR landscape.

Jan lives in Anaheim with her husband Marc and their two dogs. Most nights, after long walks, you can find Jan in her office polishing her latest fiction manuscript.
