Before joining the Le Grand team in September 1996, Daunine received her undergraduate degree at California State University at Long Beach in Mathematics with a minor in Statistics. Her background in Purchasing and Customer Service enabled her to start her career at Le Grand Marketing as administrative assistant. As Le Grand has grown in the number of principals represented as well as employees, her responsibilities have increased. This allowed her to assume on the position of Office Manager.
In August 2005, Daunine and her husband Eric purchased their first home where they spend their off-work hours with their sixteen-year-old son, Patrick.
Daunine is responsible for all administrative activities as well as provides critical sales support.
Shannon is a Human Resource professional with over 15 years of experience. After being introduced to the HR field, she decided to return to school where she graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. She is a proud member of Delta Mu Delta, an International Honors Business Society and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She has an "I can do it" outlook and is less than a year away from receiving a master’s degree.
Shannon lives in Fullerton with her husband, children and fur-babies. In her spare time she likes to go to the gym, bike ride and binge watch TLC.
Immediately prior to joining Le Grand Marketing in 2015, Debi Bernard had been working for a major retail drug store chain. In eight years she was able to move from a cashier’s position to eventually take on the roll of daytime supervisor.
Preceding that experience and over the years, Ms Bernard had been self employed in several family endeavors. Debi’s knowledge from combining the family business environment and working at retail level has helped her to parlay a variety of skills to be an asset and good fit here at Le Grand.
